Loqman Radpey is a UK-based Forum fellow who has spent more than a decade on the Kurdistan question and the law of self-determination. He holds a Ph.D. in law and wrote Towards an Independent Kurdistan: Self-Determination in International Law (Routledge, 2023). He taught international law in Eastern Kurdistan from 2008 to 2017; his recent focus includes the Jina revolution in Eastern Kurdistan.
